- Expert knowledge of SalesForce.com applications and technology. Must possess outstanding analytical skills and have the initiative to remain current with new SalesForce.com application and supporting infrastructure features and technologies.
- Ability to work closely with business users and IT technical groups to develop and implement solutions to complex business needs.
- Excellent verbal communication and inter-personal skills with a demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and deal with others in a courteous and supportive manner.
- Four-year college degree in Technical or Business field.
Responsible for supporting the company's SalesForce.com applications including problem analysis and resolution, software upgrades and enhancements and new application development, testing, installation and support. These applications are made up of supplier-provided packaged software, company developed custom software and company developed interfaces to other business systems.
Responsible for providing technical support, administration and training on SalesForce.com suite of applications, including significant hands-on Administration. Responsibilities will also include developing custom functionality to meet business requirements leveraging Process Builder, Flow, Apex and Visualforce capabilities.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com CPQ, Analytics, and/or Lightning Platform a plus.
Works closely with suppliers of installed software packages to resolve software problems. Responsible for communicating status, issues and resolutions to immediate supervision and to others at all levels of the organization.
Superior ability to organize work, coordinate activities, gain commitment from multiple groups (both inside and outside Information Technology) and document processes in a logical manner.
