The Senior Electronics Technologist will be responsible for troubleshooting electronic assemblies and systems, identifying defect trends and finding root causes. This role will require interacting with various groups including quality assurance, design engineering and production, working on the common goal of creating outstanding quality and increasing customer satisfaction. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent personal skills. The position reports to the RMA Manager.
The work associated with this job includes but is not limited to the following:

" Troubleshoot electronics to component level, read and interpret schematics and datasheets.
" Investigate defects/trends, finds root cause and writes reports on findings and propose solutions.
" Enters defect and repair data in RMA travelers.
" Ability to write test software and scripts is a plus.
" Test fixture design is a plus.

To select this job as one of interest to you, at a minimum, you must have the following:
" AS or BS degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or Electronics Engineering with 7+ years hands on experience required.
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
" Ability to work independently in a service-oriented environment.
" Solid understanding of lab test and measuring instrumentation.
" Knowledge of analog and digital circuit theory and principals.
" Computer skills - MS Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Access and or similar databases. Oracle experience is a plus.
" Ability to read and interpret electrical/electronic and mechanical drawings.
