Regional Account Executive
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain and stay in constant communication with Accounts in assigned territory. This will include but not limited to:
    • Ensure all information on Account is accurate address, job titles, contact information, account fields up-to-date, etc.
    • Network out Accounts identifying new or other Hiring Managers and/or departments.
    • Qualifying Accounts identify accounts past and potential future use of staffing/recruiting services (frequency of usage, positions used for, and services type (Temporary, Contract, Direct, etc)).
  • Continue growing assigned territory by utilizing leads provided by CalTek Staffing Inc.
  • Identify open requisitions for CalTek Staffing Inc. to provide staffing solutions for.
    • Gather all necessary and useful information on requisition (position title, duties & responsibilities, skills required, pay range, years of experience, budget, reason for open requisite, etc.).
  • Present and negotiate contracts with clients
  • Utilize all resources available to CalTek Staffing Inc. during research and selection of prime candidates for open requisitions. These resources include but are not limited to: CareerBuilder, Monster, JobDiva Database, Linkedin, Indeed, Ziprcuiter, etc.
    • Must have strong understanding and skills in research techniques such as Boolean searching.
  • Contact each selected candidate for open requisition via phone and email and prescreen them for skills and experiences required for open requisition. Strong communication and note taking skills required to effectively screen for top talent.
    • For identified top talent, request references to cross reference their experiences and skills.
  • Submit top talent for client's review for open requisite.
