Automotive Project Admin Assistant
At this time, we are looking to expand our team and require a Project Administrator with a minimum of 3 years' experience to support current and future projects for our clients.
Requirements:
Experience in an engineering, automotive, automotive launch, or construction environment
Must have 3 years' experience in Google and Microsoft office programs
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines and work in a proficient manner
Highly organized with capability of handling multiple projects
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Works cooperatively in a team environment with all levels of professional staff
Ability to work independently with initiative
Capacity to effectively communicate with client base
Strong attention to details
Ability to identify and meet customers' expectations and requirements
Responsibilities: This Project Administrator will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Site data coordination for incoming/outgoing files and forms
Safety data
Trailer city administration
Drawing tracking
Presentation generation
Document control
Prepares project-related documents (meeting agendas, meeting notes, reports, correspondence, project photos, etc.)
Reads and comprehends contract documents.
Ordering Trailer resources and supplies
Miscellaneous clerical work
Assists in the review and modifications of schedules; change orders; and specifications to project
