The IT Tech will work with the IT Manager to provide four functions: 1) Employee hardware and software setup and troubleshooting (helpdesk); 2) Inventory procurement & management; 3) Office network and VPN management; and 4) Corporate directory (AD) and email (Exchange) maintenance.

The IT Tech will be hands-on, working across each of these four functions. On a daily basis, the IT Tech will perform a variety of tasks, such as:
  • Employee accounts, hardware and software setup
  • Ad-hoc troubleshooting of employee IT issues as they arise
  • Planning hardware purchases, managing inventory
  • Upgrade or troubleshoot office network firewall, switches, wifi, conference room AV

  • 2+ years of helpdesk work solving a wide variety of technical issues, with exceptional feedback
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Planning and analysis skills
  • Ability or experience mentoring others to grow their skills
